A born Hoosier, Katie Brandolini, grew up in the near-eastside Irvington neighborhood of Indianapolis. She received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Franklin College where she also worked as a student athletic trainer.


​She went on to the University of Indianapolis to earn a Master of Science degree in physical therapy. An internship in her final year led to a job in Connecticut.


Katie later moved to Sarasota, Florida where she worked for an orthopedic spinal surgeon for five years while pursuing a specialty certification in orthopedic manual therapy through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars.


She moved back to Indiana in 2010 to be closer to family and worked for Advanced Manual Physical Therapy (AMPT) for three years until it closed in the fall of 2013. Recognizing the significant need for manual therapy in central Indiana, Katie helped start Hope PT the following winter. 


Katie has a passion for providing her patients with positive, life-enhancing experiences through the skilled application of manual therapy techniques.

Siona Taft, PT, DPT

Licensed Physical Therapist


Siona received her Bachelor's degree in exercise science from Indiana State University then transitioned to the University of Saint Augustine of Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. 

Dr. Taft has grown in her orthopedic manual skills over the past three years where she was able to gain skills from other physical therapists she worked alongside. She has training in various manual therapy treatment approaches including courses in the Saint Augustine Manual Therapy Certification track, ASTYM and Maitland.


Siona chose this career path for her desire and passion to help patients live with strength, endurance and mobility to enjoy a life without limits.
